Large granite island with three stools connects the kitchen to the main living area. Wood cabinetry, double oven, pendant lights, and a tile backsplash. Coffee maker and basic cookware included.

Separate sitting area with a sofa, accent chair, wall-mounted TV, and its own exterior door — functions as a second living space.
