The space
Updated painted brick home on a quiet residential street with a fenced backyard and mature trees. Single-level layout with slight elevation changes between rooms — a step down into the kitchen and a step or two up into some of the bedrooms.
Living & Dining
Area Open-concept layout with light wood-look floors throughout. The living room has a sofa, armchair, and wall-mounted TV. A round dining table seats 6 under a sputnik chandelier, with a large front window for natural light.
Kitchen
L-shaped layout with granite counters, gray cabinetry, open shelving, and stainless steel appliances. A granite breakfast bar with stools connects the kitchen to the living area. Coffee maker and basic cookware included.
Bedrooms (6 bedrooms, sleeps up to 14)
One king and six queens — one room has two queens for extra capacity. A few of the bedrooms have beadboard walls and ceilings. Every room has a ceiling fan and light wood-look floors.
Bathrooms (2 full + 1 half)
Two walk-in tile showers with vessel sinks and black fixtures. The half bath is near the bedrooms.
