The space
Updated two-story home backing directly onto a lake, with a large deck, hot tub, and outdoor seating overlooking the water. Vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams and a painted brick fireplace anchor the main level.
Living & Dining Area
Open-concept layout — sectional sofa and a wall-mounted TV in the living room. The dining table seats 8 under rattan pendant lights. A loft balcony overlooks the space from the second floor. Hardwood floors throughout the main level.
Sunroom
Separate lounge off the main level with dark shiplap walls, large windows, a wet bar with mini fridge, and its own mini-split. Sofa, accent chairs, and a round table.
Kitchen
Gray cabinetry, white quartz counters, open wood shelving, and a farmhouse sink. Stainless range with hood, dishwasher, and tile floors. Coffee maker and basic cookware included.
Bedrooms (5 bedrooms, sleeps up to 10)
Two kings and four queens, plus two twins. The kings are on separate floors — one on the main level with an en-suite, one upstairs. Two of the upstairs rooms each have two queens side by side. Ceiling fans and carpet upstairs, hardwood on the main level.
Bathrooms (3 full)
Walk-in showers throughout — marble-look tile in some, dark slate tile in others. Rain heads and glass doors. Updated fixtures and floating vanities.
Laundry Two full-size Samsung washer/dryer sets in a dedicated closet.
