Hot Tub + Game Room

This is a main house with an attached studio, rented together as one property — you'll have full access to both. The studio is separated from the main house by its own wall and private entrance, so if a friend or family member is joining your group, they get their own space with a private bathroom and kitchenette while still being part of the same stay.

The Main House

A split-level home on a large lot with a hot tub, covered patio, and fenced backyard. The upper level holds the kitchen, dining area, and four bedrooms. The lower level opens to a living room with a pool table, wet bar, and a fifth bedroom with direct patio access.

Dining Area

A wood dining table seats 8–10 beneath woven rattan pendant lights, with exposed ceiling beams and sliding glass doors to the covered upper deck.

Kitchen

L-shaped layout with dark granite counters, a curved breakfast bar with three stools, a farmhouse sink, and open wood shelving. Full-size appliances, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee maker, and basic cookware included. An ice machine is built in.

Living Area

Full-size pool table, a painted blue-brick fireplace with a wall-mounted TV, sectional seating, and a built-in wet bar with wine cooler. Sliding glass doors open to the backyard.

Bedrooms & Beds

Five bedrooms in the main house plus the attached studio — six bedrooms in total, sleeping up to 14. The master bedroom has a king; the remaining rooms hold six queens, with two rooms set up with two queen beds each. There's a crib, and every room has a ceiling fan. The master has a desk, chaise, and sliding glass doors to the upper deck. The lower-level bedroom opens directly to the covered patio. The sixth bedroom is the attached studio (details below).

Bathrooms

The main house has three full baths plus a half bath. Three walk-in tile showers — the en-suite has a double vanity, marble tile, and a rain head. A half bath sits off the hallway.

The Attached Studio

An open-plan studio with a king bed, kitchenette, and walk-in marble-tile shower. The bed, living area, dining, and kitchen all share one room.

A covered lower patio with a hot tub, a covered upper deck off the dining area, and a fenced backyard with mature trees. A propane grill is available.
